Helping You Feel Aligned

Hi, I’m Taran Dhanda-Sidhu.

I work with people who have done everything right and still feel like they’re pushing uphill. People who read the books, took the sensible advice, followed the reasonable path, and who quietly suspect they were handed someone else’s instruction manual.

I know that feeling from the inside.

For years I was a lawyer doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing, and struggling, mostly silently, while I did it. The pattern never changed: push hard, keep pushing, burn out, recover just enough to start again. Rinse and repeat. I assumed it was simply the price of ambition, and that everyone felt this way and I was just worse at hiding it.

Then I found Human Design, and everything clicked. Not in a vague, feel-good way, but in a specific, slightly uncomfortable, oh, that explains everything way. The cycle I’d been caught in wasn’t a character flaw or a stamina problem. I had been working in a way my design was never built to sustain.

The years since have gone into learning my own design inside and out, and slowly deconditioning from everything I’d absorbed about how I was supposed to operate. That work brought me a kind of peace I didn’t know was available. Bringing it to other people is why Designed & Aligned exists.

How I work

Most people don’t need more information about themselves. They need permission to trust what they already sense. Your chart rarely tells you something your body hasn’t been saying for years, it just makes the case convincingly enough that you finally listen.

So my sessions aren’t lectures. I’m not going to hand you a glossary and send you off to study. We take whatever is actually live in your life: the decision you keep turning over, the relationship that snags in the same place every time, the job that looks right and feels wrong, and read it against how you’re genuinely built. You leave with something you can use, not something you understood once.

Where to start

If you’re new to all of this, we start with your foundations: your Type, Strategy, Authority, and Profile, in plain English, with no prior knowledge assumed. Most people describe that first session as a relief, not because they learn something new, but because something they’d been carrying as a personal failing turns out to be a design feature.

If you already know your chart and want to actually live from it, we skip the introduction and go straight to the work. Career questions come up constantly here, which makes sense: work takes the largest share of your energy, so working against your design costs you the most there.

Relationships, partnerships, and teams

A lot of what I do involves more than one person. Partners having the same argument in different outfits. A parent trying to understand a child who operates nothing like them. Business partners, families, entire teams. A relationship has its own design, distinct from the two people inside it, and seeing both charts side by side tends to turn “why are you like this” into something much kinder and far more workable.

I also still practice law, and that side of my life informs this one constantly. Eight years in law, the last five in employment law means I’ve seen a great many workplaces at their worst moment: the termination, the human rights complaint, the investigation, the resignation that surprised nobody. Underneath a striking number of them is the same thing: capable people quietly grinding themselves down inside systems that were never built with them in mind. By the time it reaches a lawyer, it’s expensive and someone is already gone. I’d rather meet it earlier.

So when I work with a team, it gets practical fast. Where energy moves easily. Where friction is structural rather than anybody’s fault. Where a group is burning effort in the wrong direction. Depending on what a workplace needs, that’s a single session, a workbook, ongoing support, or monthly check-ins while people put it into practice.

Intuitive work

I also work intuitively. Through Becoming the Oracle with Taylor Paige, I developed the channels I work through now: clairvoyance, claircognizance, and clairsentience. What that looks like in a session is straightforward: I sit with you, tune in, and share what I receive: what you’re carrying, where you’re stuck, and the messages that come through from your higher self, your guides, and spirit. You take what resonates and set aside what doesn’t.

Some people come specifically for this work; more often it surfaces alongside the chart. Either way, it isn’t about being told your future. It’s about getting quiet enough to hear what you already know.

What I hope you leave with

We’re at the edge of a shift. The old model: perform, endure, keep the cost to yourself — is quietly failing a lot of people, and more of us are noticing at once. What this moment asks for is harder and much simpler than another productivity system: to be more ourselves, and to show up that way on purpose.

That’s what I want for the people I work with. Designed & Aligned is growing to meet it, with retreats and courses on the way for anyone who wants more room to sit with this work.
